EyeFellows & Associates are no longer providers for medical or vision insurances:

After careful consideration, we have decided to provide fee-for-service examinations. The insurance system has become increasingly complex to the point of our inability to comply. We have tried to manage dozens of plans, varying copay systems, cancelled plans, changing standards, denied claims, increasing complex rules, and provider contracts that are 300+ pages. 

Patients may seek out-of-network reimbursements by submitting our receipts directly to insurance providers, use flex spending, or health savings accounts to pay for services.

We look forward to continuing to provide eye care services and focusing on YOU, our patients instead of distracted by the myriad of insurance exceptions and regulations.

We are NON PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS with the following vision plans -which means the patient pays self-pay prices day of services and then submits a form to their vision plan for possibly a partial reimbursement. Reimbursements for NON PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS vary.
