We strive to provide excellent and convenient eye care services. Established in 2009 by Dr. Chad Fellows, we have been committed to providing eye care services inside Costco six days per week. Our team works diligently behind the scenes to assist you to schedule timely appointments, answer questions, and make your experience with us flow smoothly from start to finish. We want to help you achieve your best vision.
We no longer bill any vision or medical insurance, but we are happy to help you with exams for glasses, contacts, or medical evaluations. We are a fee-for-service clinic.
