Dr. Chad Fellows graduated from Pacific University in 2000. He has practiced optometry in Hawaii, Utah, Kazakhstan, Panama, Mexico, and Vermont. He serves in the Vermont Air National Guard since 2013. Dr Fellows had the privilege of volunteering eye exam services for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah.

Dr. Jeffrey Weintraub received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1985. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1992, from New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Weintraub has practiced in Massachusetts and New York, and is a Vermont resident since 1996.

Professional areas of interest include Primary Care Optometry, inclusive of ocular health assessment and treatment options. He was team Optometrist of the now former Vermont Expos for five years.

Dr. Nate Horlick has been with our practice since 2021. He is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended North Carolina State University for his undergraduate studies in biochemistry and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University in Worcester, MA. His clinical training focused on ocular disease, peri-surgical care, community health, and specialty contact lenses. He trained at the Veterans Administration in Greenville NC, Community Health Center in Manchester, NH, and Eye Centers of South Florida in North Miami Beach, FL. He has a special interest in dry eye treatment, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and specialty contact lenses.

In his free time Dr. Horlick enjoys disc golf, snowboarding, mountain biking, and fishing.
